Our sleeping bags are made without synthetic fabrics or fill, synthetic dyes, chemical coatings, or added flame retardants. By using cotton instead of polyester for the shell, lining, and fill, we eliminate a major source of the microplastic fibers commonly shed by synthetic textiles, creating a more natural sleep environment.

Yes. All our sleeping bags are cruelty-free and made without wool, down, or other animal-derived materials.

Yes. Our sleeping bags are made with a 100% GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton liner and shell, and 100% cotton filling. The soft, breathable cotton and absence of synthetic fibers make them a comfortable choice for those who prefer natural materials against their skin.

We leave the inner organic cotton fabric undyed because it rests directly against your skin. By keeping this layer free from added dyes, we minimize unnecessary processing while allowing you to sleep against cotton in a more natural, unaltered form.

For the options that feature dyed fabric, we use plant-based dyes.

No. Because they are made from natural cotton, they are not waterproof. For outdoor use, we recommend using your sleeping bag in a dry environment, inside a tent, or with a waterproof groundsheet for added protection.

Our sleeping bags are best suited for use in temperatures of approximately 55°F and warmer. Organic cotton is naturally breathable and comfortable, but these sleeping bags are not designed to replace cold-weather sleeping gear. Individual comfort may vary depending on the environment and personal preference.

Pure Origin Organics sleeping bags are designed for individuals ages 13 and older.

We offer two sizes:

Adult Size

• 36" x 80" zipped
• 76" x 80" unzipped

Junior Size

• 30" x 57" zipped
• 60" x 57" unzipped

Both sizes are designed for comfort, portability, and natural sleep.

The adult size sleeping bag comfortably accommodates heights 4'8" to 6'7".

The junior size is thoughtfully designed for smaller sleepers, comfortably accommodating heights up to 4'8". It offers the same premium natural materials and comfort as our adult size in a smaller, lighter, and more portable design.

To preserve the quality and softness of your organic cotton sleeping bag:

• Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle
• Use a mild detergent
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed
• Tumble dry low
• Do not iron
• Avoid contact with products containing benzoyl peroxide

Dyed styles: Remove promptly after washing to help minimize color transfer to the undyed interior.

Because cotton is a natural fiber, minimal shrinkage may occur. Following the recommended care instructions will help maintain the size, shape, and softness of your sleeping bag.

Yes. Every sleeping bag includes a storage bag made from 100% organic, undyed cotton.
